UK delivery is free on every order. Each item is made to order in Scotland and carefully packed. We’ll confirm the expected dispatch date when your order is accepted.

Returns
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photograph and your order details to support@mrmugs.co.uk so we can put it right. Personalised goods cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.
Personalisation
Where a design is marked ‘Personalise’, you can request a name, age or short message. Please check spelling carefully before approving your artwork.
Product care
Care instructions can vary by product finish. Follow the instructions supplied with your order; hand washing is the gentlest option for keeping colours looking their best.
Mugs & flasks
Standard designs are supplied on 11oz ceramic mugs. The zodiac collection is supplied on reusable screw-top flasks. The product photograph always shows the item you are ordering.
