Privacy
We use the details you provide to answer enquiries, prepare artwork, fulfil orders and provide customer service. We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email.
Orders, delivery and artwork
UK delivery is free on every order. Product prices, expected dispatch timing and any personalisation are confirmed before an order is accepted. Please check names, dates and wording carefully when approving a proof.
Faults and returns
Tell us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you changed your mind; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
MrMugs artwork, photography and branding may not be reproduced without permission. Customer-supplied artwork must be yours to use.
